It’s been 9 years since I met Hwangssabu-nim until now. Because I’ve been exercising consistently and made it a lifestyle ever since I was a trainee, I’ve had 11-shaped abs for a while now, but never showed them on stage; for this tour though, I wanted to show something new, so I asked if six-pack abs would be possible? And he said that it was very possible!
Our dance team, High Tech, decided to sculpt their bodies that time as well, so I exercised with them, and together we had a storm of exercise. Thank you, High Tech ^.^v But Ssabu-nim was really busy during that period, and I was also caught up in the preparations for the album and then preparations for the concert piled up too, so there were times that I exercised less and moments when I wanted to abandon my diet ㅠ.ㅠ Huhu…
Then one day!!! I started to see a square on my stomach!!! Because I only knew about six-packs, I wondered if I had to work harder because I only had 4?! I asked Hwangssabu-nim, and he taught me something new. He said that each person is born different, and that I originally had 4
According to him, different people can have 4, 6,8, or 10-pack. And I only had a 4-pack!!! +.+ It was really amazing. But the concept of my abs is sexy and cute. My abs~ Have cute belly fat underneath them because it adds a more feminine touch~ Kya~
And that’s how four-packDara came to be. What happened even two days before the performance? I wanted to give up at that time also, but thanks to Hwangssabu-niim who gave his support and encouraged me not to ^_^ I think that it’s a good thing to have a goal and to keep pushing yourself to try a new challenge. 2NE1‘s Dara has posted a back stage picture of her chiseled abs on her instagram account. The singer posted the picture on March 3 with the short message “Abs.” The picture was taken back stage at their “All or Nothing” World Tour on March 1 at Seoul’s Olympic Park SK Handball Stadium. 2NE1 has recently released their comeback album “Crush.”
The picture shows an unknown man pointing at Dara’s abs. The heads of the two were cut out of the picture. Dara shows off her unique style with the shiny gold pants. Read more about her fantastic abs here.

2NE1’s Sandara Park surprised concert-goers at the girl group’s first “All or Nothing” World Tour concert on March 1 by revealing a set of perfect abs.
2NE1 kicked off their “All or Nothing” World Tour on March 1 at Seoul’s Olympic Park SK Handball Stadium. They held a second concert on March 2, which was attended by 6000 people, similar to the previous day’s concert.
The group performed new songs from their second studio album “Crush,” released earlier on February 27, for the first time. Fans and the 2NE1 members alike had been waiting for this for a long time.
The 2NE1 members appeared on the stage wearing powerful black and gold outfits, delivering a dynamic performance of “Crush,” which set the crowd on fire. This was followed by a performance of their debut hit track, “Fire.”
Of special note was Sandara Park’s outfit during “Crush” and “Fire.” She had on gold pants, and a short cropped top under her black and gold jacket, which revealed her midriff section.
Sandara Park caught the attention of concert-goers with her perfect abs, slightly deviating from her cute image. Of course, she did not stray too far, bringing back her uniquely cute charm during the rest of the concert.
She commented on the group’s new album later on during the concert, “Although it took a long time, it’s an album that I’m personally very satisfied with.”
2NE1 will continue their “All or Nothing” World Tour with concerts in China, Japan and other Asian countries, holding 15 concerts in 12 cities, and a total of 9 countries. The tour is being directed by Travis Payne and Stacy Walker, who also worked with them on their first world tour.
The new album’s two title tracks, “Come Back Home” and “Gotta Be You,” shot to the top of Korea’s charts right after the album’s release, and continues to rank in the top 100 on the iTunes Top Album Charts in more than 20 countries.
2NE1 is expected to release the music video for “Come Back Home” on March 3, and their album will be available offline on March 7.

On March 3, 2NE1‘s Dara uploaded a picture of herself at the venue to watch musical ‘Moon Night‘ in which her brother, MBLAQ‘s Thunder, stars.
She wrote, “I came from watching the musical ‘Moon Night’~ I went there with high hopes because it’s about moon night and was not let down as it had 90s music and dances of all genres; I had a lot of fun watching it! @.@ My eyes were popping out~ The dialogue was fun and my Thunder is the cutest!!! >.<”
