OMG! The video of 2NE1’s album jacket photoshoot has already been released! I am so looking forward to this album! The girls look fierce and hot! Perfect combination of sexiness and class…
DARA: This shows a new side of us that we haven’t shown yet. I wonder how you will react.
AND HELLO! HOW HOT ARE DARA’S EYES? I TOTALLY LOVE THIS ONE! Dara can totally rock different colored lenses!
Hitting the roof on one of Korea’s most popular music sites, MelOn, is no easy task, unless you’re 2NE1 and Sagging Snail!
2NE1 has hit the roof on MelOn’s real time charts multiple times since the release of their latest single, “I Love You“, displaying the immense popularity of the song as well as the group’s wide appeal.
What’s special about the latest real time chart is that not just one, but two groups have hit the roof simultaneously! This is something that hardly ever happens, especially at the same time. To determine real time chart positions, MelOn takes into account streaming (40%) and downloads (60%) every hour. Thus, not only does it depend on mass streaming, it also depends on how many are willing to purchase the song.
For MelOn’s real time chart at 8AM and 9AM KST, Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Juk (Sagging Snail) have claimed first place by hitting the roof alongside 2NE1 with their newest track, “Punk in the Corner“. Although Sagging Snail was currently in the lead at 8AM, 2NE1 has taken back the #1 spot at 9AM, leaving the competition neck and neck between one of the nation’s top girl groups and the nation’s favorite MC.
Congratulations to both!
As of 11:00AM KST, 2NE1 is holding on to their #1 spot because its their home sweet home.
To those who are curious, here is Sagging Snail by Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Juk:
With the news of 2NE1 turning down appearances on variety programs like ‘Running Man‘ earlier, fans have been expressing their disappointment, and have voiced their requests for the next season of ’2NE1 TV’ or another reality show.
It seems their wishes will be somewhat fulfilled as Nikon has released a series of teasers and the first part of a “photo movie” in a format resembling a variety program, titled, “I Am the Best at Taking Pictures with 2NE1 – 2NE1 in Jeju“.
So without further ado, check out the teasers and the first part of the “photo movie” below!
The Nikon 2NE1 videos will be released twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will be a total of 10 episodes.
Waaaaa! Its like the girls filmed a variety reality program in Jeju with Nikon! I swear! This is similar-ish to Running Man where the girls have to finish tasks and all that! Makes me wish soooo hard that they accepted the offer from Running Man! I believe they would have been awesome! ^^
THIS IS TRULY A MUST SEE FOR US DARALINGS AND BLACKJACKS WHO ARE ITCHING FOR 2NE1 TO BE IN A VARIETY SHOW!!!

I think I just crashed and burned! Here we are waiting for the full MV to be released and YG just released a teaser!!! I think I am going to die! WE HAVE BEEN TROLLED! ^_^
Nevertheless! The teaser looks AMAZING! I’m pretty sure the full MV will look super awesome too!
DID YOU GUYS SEE DARA’S LIPS? DID YOU GUYS SEE DARA’S PINK HAIR? SUPER AWESOME!
She is gorgeous!
To be honest, we are very satisfied with the song! In fact, we love it. I know a few are still sad about the line distribution, but we aren’t. We don’t expect Dara to get the most lines nor we do expect her to get a lot. Of course, we would have been happier if she got more. However, we are satisfied and happy. Dara has enough and we can appreciate that. ^_^
FULL SONG
Please buy the song legally! You can download it via SORIBADA and/or iTUNES!
Oh wow! ^_^ Bommie looks so gorgeous with her long legs! Love it! She looks so sexy too! Maknae Minzy is all grown up! ^_^ Loving the composition of her photo! She looks so mature and just drop dead gorgeous!
Don’t forget to check out Bom’s Audio Teaser for “I LOVE YOU” too! Its a little short but it builds up excitement for sure!
This has caused quite a controversy not just in the international Blackjack community but in Korea well. What do you guys think about YG releasing a video of “Future 2NE1” and his statement after?
YG Releases Footage of the “Future 2NE1”
YG Entertainment uploaded practice room footage of four trainees to the YG YouTube channelyesterday. YG is normally pretty tight-lipped about upcoming acts, so the footage attracted a lot of attention. However, what really stirred up interest was the video’s title, Future 2NE1 (4 Years Later).
Not all publicity is good publicity. So far the trainee footage received mixed reactions from the general public. Many netizens praised the girls’ obvious dancing and singing talent, but others were concerned about the provocative nature of the choreography, considering that all four girls are under fourteen.
2NE1 fans have specifically expressed neutral to negative reactions to the video. Some even speculated whether the trainees were meant to replace the members of the senior group; Not a completely wild accusation if you take the video’s title into account.
YG CEO Yang Hyun Suk addressed the rumor directly through Naver News, saying that the video “was called future 2NE1 because they are working hard to be a great girl group like their 2NE1 unnies. 2NE1 will always consist of CL, Dara, Bom and Minzy. There will be no member changes, so fans should not misunderstand or worry.” (via Naver)
YG uploaded CL’s teaser for “I Love You!” I swear! “I Love You” is just getting better and better! Love the beat and the music! Super awesome! Can’t wait for the final one to be released!
“Don’t stop Love song I’ll sing it for you Everyday I say yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah”
