2NE1’s CL, the self-proclaimed Baddest Female, is known for her badass demeanor, but she may not be the “baddest” of the bunch.
In fact, we have evidence that suggests 2NE1’s sweet Sandara Park is the true, blue, bad-to-the-bone member.
Exhibit A: Sandara Park Takes a Razor to the Head
Sandara Park proved she could handle a cut when she shaved off half of her hair for 2NE1’s comeback and went down in the girl group history books for undergoing one of the most shocking image transformations.
It takes guts (and a few tears, understandably) for any girl group member, whose image is everything, to let go of her long locks, but Sandara Park bit the bullet and got buzzed.
You know it’s a pretty badass move if even CL admits she couldn’t go through with it, and we think the dangerous ‘do suits Sandara Park surprisingly well.
Exhibit B: Sandara Park’s Hot Wheels
Don’t let Sandara Park’s size fool you because her monster ride more than makes up for her petite frame.
We’re not sure how many girl group members roll around in a Range Rover SUV, but we’re going to go ahead and assume probably not many.
We are sure, however, that monster trucks (relatively speaking) are badass-certified.
Exhibit C: Sandara Park Brings the Boys Out
And we’re not talking just any boy next door but idol stars.
Sandara Park has had her fair share of on screen kisses, but we didn’t realize she was such a video vixen until we tracked down her music video appearances. Is kissing the male lead written into Sandara Park’s contract?

2NE1 is back, but instead of its usual way of screaming out that they′re the best and hot like fire, the group has stepped back a bit to get down on its knees.
Could it be? Could 2NE1 be getting all mushy and girly after surviving its rocky ‘puberty’?
Not really.
Just because 2NE1’s begging for love doesn’t mean it’s popped out the pink hearts and lace just yet.
The lyrics go full out with the begging, asking the man to ‘look back at me’ and ‘please be honest’, but they’re set in a tone that makes them sound like they’re actually demanding, instead of begging for, love.
The melody and the lyrics are so stereotypical and open, and as the vocals push and pull in a tantalizing way, they even sound sarcastic to some extent.
The corny narration at the beginning adds to the mood; who could be serious in putting something like that in a 2NE1 song?
The strong beat the song explodes into near the end forces their demands even more. It’s like they have the man standing confused in the middle while they jump around having fun, teasing him by singing out their ‘love’ with big grins on their faces.
The song does have its shortcomings, as Park Bom, who usually boasted a commanding weight with her unique vocals, doesn’t really stand out because her voice lacks the push and pull this song needs.
All in all, however, 2NE1’s past career makes this song more interesting than how it would’ve been if the song had been sung by another group.
So join 2NE1 as the girls-turned-women show you a new side to it, but don’t take them too seriously; the group is all about having fun, after all.

Yes guys! We bring you another San Union Project! ^^ We started the project last week with gifts for Dara for 2NE1’s Comeback Stage in Inkigayo. You can check out the details of that project here! This week, San Union Project sponsored 2NE1 and YG Staff’s food for their 2nd Inkigayo stage! We provided the girls and YG Staff with different kinds of food, fruits as well as dessert. We just wanted to give the girls something delicious that will warm their tummies and hopefully show how much we love them.
Again, San Union Project is composed of OH MY GODDESS (Dara’s Korean Fansite), OH DARA, WELOVEDARA, BAIDUSANDARBAR (Dara’s Chinese Fansite) and with the very special participation of @MamaWowa.
