Some anecdotes from the fan:
“Crush” is a fast upbeat song like I am the Best and Can’t Nobody. It’s very unique for a first song in the album, and leaves a mysterious kind of atmosphere. It gives off a very strong impression of 2NE1, a 2NE1 song through and through. The members all shouted “Nolza, Nolza, Nolza” at the end of the song, and it left a great impression.
“Come Back Home” has a pop and reggae and R&B feel that is unlike 2NE1’s past songs. Once you listen to the song, you’ll have the understanding of why it’s the track of the album. It’s a very fresh song, and the verse and chorus are very memorable. The members’ vocals were amazing in the song.
“너 아님 안돼” has a chorus by Bom and it is a pop song with mid tempo and up tempo beats. Somehow, the song reminds the listener of “Go Away” and “Love is Ouch.”
“살아 봤으면 해” is like Lonely, It Hurts, and Missing You. It is a sad R&B type song. The fan also said, “Dara’s vocals at the beginning of the song was really dreamy.. I really like Dara’s voice a lot in this song.”
“착한 여자” is a mid tempo R&B song. It has a subject like CL’s “Nappeun Gizibe,” like saying that 2NE1 are bad girls that are good girls. XD
“멘붕” is a typical YG hip hop song that you would expect that showcases CL’s rapping. This is CL’s solo.
“Happy” is a mid tempo pop song that makes you feel happier and bright. It’s a song that gives the feeling of walking on a road during a sunny day, it has a very happy and warm feel.
“Scream” is the Korean version of the Japanese one.
“Baby I Miss You” was a fan-favorite. There wasn’t a person at the event that didn’t like the song; their reaction to the song was good. It’s like a very chic and fashionable woman, it gives off a more matured and sophisticated feel of the songs found in the first mini-album (like the girl in the first mini-album grew up into the woman in this song). It’s a song that you’d want to listen to over and over. A song you’d look forward to listening to weekly, but still want to listen more. It’s like people who’ve never eaten chicken don’t crave it, but people who have tasted chicken would want to eat more and more of it.
“Come Back Home, Unplugged” is the highlight of the song. It’s the music people would’ve wanted to listen more to. It’s a simple song to listen to. It minimized the instruments but maximized and highlighted the voices of the members. It’s a good song that made people teary-eyed after we listened to it.

Dara finding time to practice her guitar even with a busy schedule! [스포츠조선 이정혁 기자] The track list of 2NE1’s second regular album “CRUSH” has been disclosed. 2NE1 is to release their second regular album, four years after the first one.
The track list of 2NE1’s new album that was disclosed on the 19 at 10pm on YG’s official blog (www.yg-life.com) shows that 2NE1’s leader CL has greatly contributed to the new album.
CL composed or wrote the lyrics of three songs including track No.1 “CRUSH”, “IF I WERE YOU”, and “BABY I MISS YOU”. She also wrote the lyrics of her solo tracks “MTBD” and “SCREAM”. As such, CL exerted her talent as a singer-songwriter, composing three songs and writing the lyrics of five songs among total 10 songs of the new album.
As CL now takes part in songwriting, adding to her outstanding rap and vocal, expectations for a new change in 2NE1’s color are further heightening.
Some titles in the track list arouse curiosity. The interesting titles include “COME BACK HOME”, a song that has the same title with Taiji & Boys’ “Come Back Home”, which was the title track of Taiji & Boys’ fourth regular album that created sensation in 1995, “GOOD TO YOU”, which is totally contrary to CL’s solo single “THE BADDEST FEMALE”, and “MTBD”. The titles alone are enough to catch eyes as much as the songs themselves are.
Notably, title track “COME BACK HOME” is a cross-over song with a mixture of R&B, reggae, and hip-hop elements, which was made by YG’s main producer TEDDY and other YG producers together. An unplugged version of the song is also contained in the album, which is drawing all the more attention from fans.
For the new album, YG’s leading producers were all called out. It is expected to be an album that well expresses YG’s color and 2NE1’s character, with contribution by TEDDY who has been working with 2NE1 since the team’s debut, CHOICE 37 who has written BIGBANG’s “BAD BOY” and G-DRAGON’s “ONE OF A KIND”, and PK who wrote BIGBANG’s “MONSTER”.
“COME BACK HOME” and “GOTTA BE YOU” have been selected as the double title of 2NE1’s second regular album and the music of the album will be disclosed on on-line music-streaming sites at 12am on the 26. The off-line album will be released on March 7 and total four music videos have been made to entertain fans.
Meanwhile, 2NE1 holds the Seoul concert of their second world tour “ALL OR NOTHING” on March 1 and 2 at Olympic Park SK Handball Hall located in Seoul.
