Beauty Industry. “SNS Communications Marketing” Activated

More and more brands are becoming more active in the use of SNS in propagating their popularity, especially through different online marketing techqniques and being active on different SNS (social network systems) platforms.

Being active on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, adding and promoting a certain event is simple, with “friends” spreading the word; this evolves one step further as new products and marketing designs are also being introduced in the same platforms. Also, the opinions and reactions of consumers are better gained through SNS.

The beauty industry is evolving, with going through “SNS Communications Marketing,” they are able to gauge which products or services are hot with the consumers. They can also comment on a certain product, or share their reaction to a certain ad campaign, and also declare their patronage to a certain brand.

On its official Facebook page, Etude House launched their new product “Sun Precious Mineral BB Cream,” and has an event in progress called “Choose the best cut for the Sun Precious Mineral BB Cream advertisement,” for the launch, which will run until the 22nd. Consumers can directly participate in choosing the best cut (photo) of Etude House’s main model, Sandara Park, through comments on the Facebook post. The cut with the most number of votes would be used as the official image for magazine advertisements.

On the day the event started, the post garnered more than 400 comments and similar number of “Like’s” and also a number of shares, showing an explosive interest in participation. On the 25th, another event would be opened, and consumers are asked to provide a “nickname” for the product.

Han Ji Min VS Sandara Park, Same Clothes, Different Feel

The people in charge of beauty, Sandara Park and Han Ji Min, and their fashion has been a hot topic lately.

On the SBS drama “Rooftop Prince,” episode which aired on April 18th, Park Yoochun and Han Ji Min shared their first kiss as a couple for the show; the sweet love line between the crown prince played by Yoochun and the simple Han Ji Min drew attention.

On that episode, Han Ji Min accentuated her cute style with a hooded cardigan, looking good in her outfit that accentuated her youthful image, making it hard to guess her age. In the drama, Han Ji Min plays a character that calls for clothes that will have lively colors, yet casual styles.

Naturally stylish, and giving off a bright aura, Han Ji Min’s fashion is bright and cheerful, it is a style that suits her perfectly.

On the other hand, Sandara Park, who was recently seen in an advertisement for a beauty product, looked young and cute in the same cardigan worn by Han Ji Min, and with her adorable apple hairstyle, it showed off a more youthful flow. Looking young, even though they are both women in their late 20s, their fashion became a hot topic with the netizens. 

Those who saw the drama and the CF commented, “These are people who are impossible to tell the ages of,” “Would I look as good with the hooded cardigan fashion too?” “Their superior genes cannot be hidden,” showing their reaction.
