News: 2NE1 Takes Charge of MV Filming for Upcoming Track “Do You Love Me”
It’s an exciting time to be a 2NE1 fan!
On July 29, YG Entertainment released more information regarding 2NE1’s next track titled “Do You Love Me.” The song is the work of Teddy’s creativity and it has a similar strong and exciting tone as the group’s 2011 hit “I Am the Best.” It is a track that fits well with the summer mood.
2NE1 will trade in big budget sets, high fashion stage costumes, and crisp, high definition music videos for a more natural setting with normal day to day clothes and “home video” type of music video with old cameras and handphones.
“Do You Love Me” is planned to be released on August 7.

News: 2NE1 To Release Next Single “DO YOU LOVE ME” on August 7
Korean girl group 2NE1 will be releasing a new single next month.
2NE1’s agency YG Entertainment announced through their official blog YG Life on Monday that the group will be releasing their new tune “DO YOU LOVE ME” on August 7.
The group recently released reggae tune “Falling in Love” earlier this month and announced the there will be more singles released every month until October when they finally roll out a new EP or second studio album.
According to the blog, “DO YOU LOVE ME” is produced by YG’s main producer TEDDY, and will be a song that fits the summertime, similar to “I AM THE BEST” released last summer.
Also, the group is done practicing the song and choreography but the schedule for the music video shoot has run into a problem.
In such a case, the song’s release itself would usually be pushed back by about two weeks but doing so would affect the schedule for the rest of 2NE1′s upcoming releases so they have decided to stick to the original date yet create a home video-type music video shot with old cameras and mobile phone cameras.
2NE1 wrapped up their promotional activities for “Falling in Love” on SBS’s music program “Inkigayo” yesterday.

Dara In Running Man, Eliminated After Shortest Time Ever
[OSEN= Hwang Mi Hyun] 2NE1’s Dara stuck out with her eccentric character.
In the episode of SBS ‘Good Sunday-Running Man’ aired on 28th, 2NE1 and Taeyang made appearance and carried out their mission given under the theme ‘Earth Invasion of Aliens.’
Dara appeared with a concept of being an alien in her palm tree hair style she had when she made her debut.
She continuously evoked laughter by displaying eccentric side of her. Upon receiving the mission on her cell phone, she even asked if she had to reply to the text.
Dara hid behind a bush saying she is not good at physical competition since she is weak. However, her hair was sticking out from the bush. The scene helped Dara share cute side of her.
Eventually, Dara was found by the opponent and she became the first one to drop out of the team. Dara stuck out during the whole show evoking laughter.
