Info/Feature: 2NE1 is NOT Attending the MNET Asian Music Awards 2012?!?

We have speculated over this for a long time already and I guess things are official now. 2NE1 is NOT attending the MNET Asian Music Awards 2012. YG Entertainment Official Application just updated their schedule of attendees for MAMA 2012 and 2NE1 is not one of them. Sad right? I already asked a friend too and 2NE1 has no flights for Hong Kong scheduled. 2NE1 will be busy with a Press Conference for New Evolution Singapore at that time. This will be the very first year since 2NE1’s debut that they will not attend MAMA. You guys remember right? They have had pretty epic stages in this year-end award show. 

But then again, there is still a slim chance that YG will change his mind and 2ne1 will attend. We can always think positive right? But when you think about it, 2NE1 only released one single this year and with not so stellar promotions at that. 

How do you guys feel about this? Leave your comments below! ^_^ All your opinions are welcome, lets just all be mindful of how we say it aight?

Awwww, how sweet of Dara to tweet this today… Today was supposed to be New Evolution Concert in Indonesia.. Because it was cancelled, Dara tweeted that it was really regrettable..I do hope that 2NE1 would be able to go to Indonesia and Malaysia soon! I know Blackjacks in those countries would’ve really wanted to see the girls.. ^^

More fancams of 2NE1 arriving in Taiwan.. ^^ In the first fancam, you can see how Dara went out of the way to get the fans’ gifts, and then she asked one of the staff to get that letter from another fan, as I don’t think she’s allowed to get nearer again, you can see one of the staff approaching her, probably telling her to go faster.. But our Dara is so kind-hearted, she knows what it is to be a fan, so she always takes time to be nice to us.. ^_^

Info: YG Entertainment Will Release New Evolution In Seoul Live CD On December 4

Hello, this is YG Entertainment.

Korea’s first girl group to go on a global tour, group 2NE1’s NEW EVOLUTION CONCERT!

The LIVE CD which will contain the live audio of the first leg of the tour, during July 28, 29
Will have a lightning-fast release on December 4!

Since this year’s summer, 2NE1 held their very first global tour
‘NEW EVOLUTION’ received a hot response both from domestic and international fans
With the production crew that worked with the likes of Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, and other famous international pop stars, a high sense of expectation and excitement was raised.
We want to show the explosive sound and powerful stage presence shown during the Korean concerts held on July 28 and 29, at Seoul Olympics Gymnastics Stadium.

With Beyonce’s world tour music director and bassist, Divinity Roxx, in-charge of the music and sound performances,
2NE1’s hit songs like “FIRE,” “I DON’T CARE,” “CAN’T NOBODY,” ” I AM THE BEST, “I LOVE YOU,” and others, all got a different sound and feel with the live band; these songs would be released through the LIVE CD.
