2NE1’s Album ‘Crush’ Ranks NO. 2 on Oricon, Followed by SHINee and Jang Keun Suk
2NE1’s second Japanese full-length album Crush marked a strong start by ranking number two on the Oricon chart.
According to Oricon on June 25, 2NE1’s new album Crush sold 12,119 copies on the day of the release, ranking number two on Oricon’s daily album chart.
The Japanese album has been compiled differently than the Korean version. The album contains a total of ten tracks, including Crush, Come Back Home, Gotta Be You, Do You Love Me, Happy, Falling In Love, I Love You, If I Were You, Missing You and Come Back Home (unplugged ver.), as well as the Japanese version of music video.
Having released the new album in two years, 2NE1 will be launching world tour All Or Nothing in Japan on July 5 and 6 in Yokohama Arena and July 12 in Kobe World Memorial Hall.
Apart from 2NE1, SHINee’s Lucky Star and Jang Keun Suk’s project group Team H’s first single Take Me also ranked number three and four on the Oricon’s daily album chart, respectively.

Dara is just cute as a button~! I know she said their concept was tomboy image, but I think she looks quite feminine, and French with her getup. ᄏᄏᄏᄏ She said she wears a lot of Saint Laurent because the clothes fit the “tomboy” image. Please refer to the previous post for more of her fashion likes and statements. ^^ She also said that although it’s only been 3 years, Japan is a place that she thinks of as “home” as well because 2NE1 receives a lot of love and their welcome is always warm too. ^_^

The girls were asked what they think would be the trend item for winter/fall 2014-15.. Bom said she likes to dress stylishly, but comfortably, so she likes “melange knit” dresses (comfy, stretchable, light, and fuzzy knit); Dara said her style is more of a boyish taste, so for shoes, she likes sneakers and Caterpillar shoes, and chester coat (it’s similar to pea coats, or double breasted coats, for us people who don’t know what they’re officially called in the fashion worldᄏᄏᄏᄏ) and sports jacket (or letterman jackets, again to the fashion-handicapped like me), Minzy said she likes clothes that can be worn comfortably, so she likes “men’s line coats” and comfortable “mohair knit” coats (the fuzzy-like material coats), and CL also likes “men’s line coats” that gives off a good fit and stylish silhouette, and also “fur coats.” Seriously, I had to search for most of the items, since I’m like “eh?! what?!” with most of them ᄏᄏᄏ
Asked what brands they wear often recently, Dara shared that she likes jeans and rider jackets from “Saint Laurent,” Bom said accessories, dresses, and shoes from “Versace,” Minzy said, “Chrome Hearts” and “Marc Jacobs” accessories and watch, and CL mentioned that she likes vintage brands like “Chanel” and “Jean Paul Gaultier.”
