Yesterday, it was really sunny in Osaka but unfortunately today, its raining really hard there with lightning and thunder. Today is the 2nd day of “New Evolution” in Osaka, Japan. Because of this, Dara feels sorry towards the Blackjacks and tells them that 2NE1 will be their umbrellas.

어제도 그렇고.. 쨍쨍하던 맑은 하늘이.. 콘서트 시작 두세시간전부터 천둥번개와 함께 비가 내린다ㅠㅠ항상 팬분들께 미안하다.. 비맞고ㅠㅠ 우리가 할수있는거라곤 입장을 좀 더 빨리 시작하는것과 열정적인 공연을 보여드리는것뿐! 우리가 여러분의 우산이 되어드릴께요!+.+캭!

Also, yesterday… The clear and sunny sky.. Suddenly became all cloudy as heavy rain started to fall and lightning filled it up, just two hours before the concert was to start ㅠㅠ I feel so sorry to all the fans.. Who got wet ㅠㅠ All we could do at that point was to let everyone in a bit earlier, and showing a passionate performance as soon as we could! We will be everyone’s umbrella! +.+ Kkyak!

News: 2NE1’s Dara Reveals it was Mostly Female Fans Who were Against Concert Kiss

I don’t know about you guys but I was screaming in happiness when Dara got fanboys from the audience to kiss! ^^ However, I wish that it were me in their place! Kekeke

2NE1‘s Dara revealed that it was mostly female fans who were against a kiss she gave to a fan during a recent 2NE1 concert performance.

Dara posted the following on me2day, “When I first thought of the kiss performance, I wanted it to be a special event for the fans who support me… I’ve performed the kiss four times at this point, and there are more than 10 concerts left on the tour… Ahahaha… How many more do I have to kiss? Tomorrow’s Osaka concert, fighting!”

She continued, “The 2NE1 fans who are complaining about this performance are mainly female Blackjacks who comprise of around 80% of our fan base. I can’t do anything about it either. Hahaha. I’m sorry.”

Dara also attached a snapshot of the kiss performance on a male fan from 2NE1′s ‘NEW EVOLUTION‘ world tour.

Upon seeing the post, fans commented, “I understand the hearts of female Blackjacks,” “Why are Dara’s performance partners so blessed,” and “I’m a girl, and I was still jealous.”

Shortly after news broke of 2NE1‘s first solo global tour, NEW EVOLUTION, it was announced that the American fashion designer Jeremy Scott would be designing the costumes for their performances. Scott is close friends with the members of 2NE1, so this collaboration came as no surprise to fans — it did however add another level of interest to the show, as fashion followers eagerly awaited the reveal of his custom creations for the quartet. Kfashionista staff had the opportunity to attend last weekend’s concert at LA’s Nokia Theatre to see these designs in action. Here is our take on the event from a style standpoint.
