News: KBS Win Win spoiler!

There’s an article that came out earlier ( @ NATE) and its about swimmer Park Tae Hwan’s guesting on KBS Win Win. Sandara’s name was mentioned since she’ll be appearing on the show as a surprise guest ( <-SPOILER) .  It seems like everyone’s excited so here’s an excerpt from the article :

News: 2NE1 Sandara Park, Named As Popular Girl Group Member with Best Skin

Girl group, 2NE1 member, Sandara Park, has been chosen as the girl group member with the best skin.

Star M Plastic Surgery And Dermatology, made a survey from December 1 to December 16, among 541 skin care patients, for “Who is the best girl group member with the best skin, considering  skin beauty and absence of acne?” The survey ranked 2NE1’s Sandara Park in the top spot (60.6%, 328 votes), followed by Kara’s Han Seung-Yeon (33%, 179 votes) in the second spot.

The Chairman of Dermatology, Min Young-Gi revealed, “The public has put their attention on today’s artists, and gradually, the focus goes to their skin. The survey was made among the idols who are actively participating in activities, and it ranked Sandara Park and Han Seung-Yeon at number one and two. A clear skin tone adds grace and elegance to an artist, and helps maximize their image,” he said, “Recently, many patients want to have skin like Sandara Park and Han Seung-Yeon, and they go through multiple treatments to achieve the same effect. However, careless emulation of other people’s skins should be avoided. Patients must go through extensive tests and counseling, so as to determine which treatment methods are appropriate for their skin types,” he finished.

Image also plays a big deal in advertising, as marketers are sensitive to public reaction. An advertising official said, “Sandara Park’s image is that of a pure, innocent girl, but her sexy image and sex appeal is that of a mature woman, a contrast which makes her appealing as a star. In particular, it’s very important to look as positive and pure as possible, so as to have a greater appeal to consumers.
