Awww, I really think that Dara is conscious of what is being said and how society so easily jumps on someone’s case because of one’s weight. I like how she subtly draws this message.. “that cat she raised herself” may mean that you don’t know the circumstances surrounding one’s upbringing or the pressure one puts on one’s image, so be careful of what you say to them because it may hurt not just the person herself, but the people who love them too. ^_^
