Customers can get a free pass with a minimum single-receipt purchase of the prices below at any Penshoppe boutique nationwide.
Php 300.00 – General Admission
Php 800.00 – Upper Box
Php 1,200.00 – Lower Box
Php 2,500.00 – Patron
Are there only specific Penshoppe branches that print promo codes on receipts?
You may shop at any Penshoppe boutique nationwide! Purchases made in department stores, Penshoppe Box and Penshoppe Accessories stores will not be given any promo codes.
How do we know if the items we purchased are qualified for the promo?
All items purchased in Penshoppe boutiques are qualified for the promo as long as you meet the minimum purchase requirement!
What if there is no promo code printed on my receipt?
Send a photo of your full receipt to marketing@penshoppe.com so we can assist you further! Make sure it reflects your purchase that reaches the minimum required amount and that the date of the receipt falls within the promo period!
Can I use an old receipt to receive a promo code?
Nope, only purchases made within the promo period (May 30, 2018 to July 21, 2018) will be issued promo codes for the event.
Do I automatically get a ticket once I purchase the minimum required amount?
Promo codes will be issued to receipts of purchases that meet the minimum required amount! Make sure to register your code at http://penshoppefancon.penshoppe.com to receive your official invite!
Where do I register my promo code?
Register your promo codes at http://penshoppefancon.penshoppe.com then wait for a confirmation email.
When will I receive the confirmation email after registering my promo code?
Confirmation emails will be received within 72 hours upon registering. Please don’t throw away your receipts until you’ve received your confirmation email!
What if I don’t receive an email but I’ve successfully registered?
Send a photo of your full receipt and promo code to marketing@penshoppe.com so we can assist you further!
Can I register multiple promo codes under the same name?
Yes you can!
How many passes do I get with my promo code?
One registered promo code = one ticket to the event!
Should I print the confirmation email sent to me to gain access to the venue?
Please make sure to print the email confirmation sent to you as it would serve as your official ticket to the event. NO PRINT OUT, NO ENTRY. 🙂
Are the seats in the event guaranteed?
Yes! Anyone with a printed e-ticket will be guaranteed a seat.
Can I pick my seat?
It’s a free-seating event so you are guaranteed a seat within your tier.
How can I get an exclusive photo opportunity with Sandara Park and Nam Joo Hyuk?
Customers with event passes are automatically qualified to join the electronic raffle for meet & greet passes. There will be 200 winners of meet & greet passes who will receive a signed poster and an exclusive group photo opportunity with Sandara Park and Nam Joo Hyuk. Winners of meet & greet passes will be announced at the event.
Until when can I purchase and register to get free passes?
Promo period is from May 30, 2018 to July 21, 2018. You may register your promo codes until July 21, 2018.
