She’s dated before and at some point had a boyfriend. She’s just cautious bec in Korea reputation is everything so she didn’t want to just date around.
I love Dara but I really don’t believe that she’s not dating. I think she just meant it as an eternal joke that everyone wants her to date. Someone as pretty and as kind hearted as her surely has someone special already. If she wants to keep it private let’s respect it.
