It says “투애니원의 상큼한보컬 & Pambansang krungkrung ng Pilipinas” which translates to “2NE1’s Fresh Vocals & The Philippines’ National Krungkrung.” Krungkrung is an affectionate slang given to her while she was in the Philippines.
