Article: 2NE1, Reggae in Rainy Season… What is Coming Up in Summer?

 Weather is influencing the genre of the new songs that are being released. It is curious what 2NE1‘s next choice will be after the cute reggae in the early summer.

The rainy season this July was exceptionally long and that hindered summer dance songs from being released. YG Entertainment even made an agile judgement of changing Kang Seung Yoon’s pre-release song to ‘It Rains.’

2NE1 is planning on releasing summer songs in August. The heat is forecasted to arrive after the long rainy season and 2NE1 will release songs aiming for the hot weather. Seo Hyeon Seung director will be in charge of their music video and Sugawara Koharu who was in charge of the choreography of ‘Falling in Love’ will once again work with them.

It is said that the second song ’seems most 2NE1‘ in that 2NE1 is known for their intense charisma and exciting songs.

2NE1 has a plan of releasing new songs every month until October, so it is grabbing attention what genres they will be releasing according to each month’s weather.

Meanwhile, reggae style ‘Falling in Love’ received favorable comments saying that 2NE1 goes well with feminine cuteness. The song topped music charts and it ranked 1st in Mnet ‘M Countdown’ on 18th.

OKAY!!! Because I just woke up and Dara’s tweet was the very first thing that I saw, I got really emotional!!!

You guys already know that different Dara fansites, known as San Union, were getting together to prepare a comeback project for Dara. The San Union food support was scheduled for 2NE1’s performance in Music Core. ^^ Dara just received the project and tweeted about it thanking everyone for loving her for who she is and always thinking about her. T_T I swear guys, our Goddess is so sweet and kind and everything.

Dara, please always always always know and never doubt the fact that we are always thinking about you, that we wholeheartedly support you and 2NE1 and whatever decision you make, and that from the very beginning, we have loved you for who you are… And that will never change.

In turn, we would like to thank ALL OUR DONORS for helping us out. We could never have done this without you. Thank you so so so much! We all have a common goal, and that is to make Dara the happiest that she can be, given the limitations that we have. We all try our very best to make her happy. Article: 2NE1 Reveal Their Weight Loss Secrets

Blackjacks were quick to notice that 2NE1 looked better than ever for their recent comeback and the group revealed their weight loss secrets.

During an interview, 2NE1 shared, “We prepared for our comeback with a rookie mindset and were determined to muster up all of our energy and do it together. We want to work hard in our promotions.”

Park Bom shared, “People only look at my legs. I wish they would look at other areas. That is why I worked hard to go on a diet for my top half. I tried to tone up my hip area but my members don’t have to work too hard to minimize their hips. That is why I decided to focus on my volume.”

Dara shared, “We were filled with passion this time around. There are workouts that we could only do with our trainer but after we came back home from the gym, we did 10 more sets. In the end, my abs were not pretty 11-character abs but more like a washing board. That is when I realized that I have to work out with an expert.”

Minzy also advised, “I don’t know if it’s because I am still young but I lost more baby fat. I decreased my intake of carbohydrates and focused on working out. There are times when I don’t eat anything at all when I go on a diet but if you decrease your intake of carbohydrates, you can eat a little bit and still lose weight.”

CL, who has been busy with her solo debut and 2NE1’s comeback, revealed how she stays grounded through it all: “Starting a year or two ago, I began to take 30 minutes out of my day to meditate. After I meditate, I felt like I can spend my day more peacefully and meaningfully. It is a time to invest in myself. A little while after my debut, I realized that I need to take time for myself. Sometimes I meditate in my car for the times when I’m really busy.”
