Brian Lichtenberg is a Los Angeles-based designer. He’s quite the man in tongue-in-cheek aesthetics, often spoofing French coutoure houses. For his Ballin designs, he was inspired by Balmain, another brand that 2NE1 often wear. ^^ If you want the same beanie, better be prepared to shell out $48.00! ^^
