News: Lee Hyori, big sis to Dara and UEE
Lee Hyori, the big sister to Sandara Park and UEE on Family Outing
On the episode of SBS Family Outing aired on the 15th, the ‘big unnie’ side of diva Lee Hyori shows amongst guest appearances 2NE1 Sandara Park and After School UEE.
From the opening of the show, Lee Hyori has tried to fit in with the image of the young girls (Sandara Park and UEE) by dressing and looking young, which has caused laughters even at the beginning of the show.
Also Hyori tried to point accusations to Sandara Park and UEE, who are not only receiving much attention from the male guest appearances but also from the male staff around, and has racked up several funny episodes on the show.
But still, Hyori hails as the ‘big unnie’ amongst them. Hyori asked Sandara Park about her weight and Sandara Park answered, “40kg.”
Guess what happen next.
With that Sandara Park said,
“The reason why I am short is because of Lee Hyori. When I was in my teens, I really like Lee Hyori, and I came to Korea from the Philippines carrying melon. I saw Hyori unnie looking really cool and eating melons on TV, and I wanted to give them to her.”
She continued,
“So coincidentally I got to know Hyori unnie’s address from other fans and waited in front of the house. And in the end, I passed the melons to her mother and asked her to give them to her, and I went home.”
With that, Hyori seems touched and said,
“So in the end, you did not see me and just went off?” and she added, “Kids like these are kind” which caused another round of laughters during the filming.
She then said to Sandara Park,
“Dara ya, from now, kids are these will come to you” encouraging her junior.

Dara always reminds me why I love her! Genuinely nice and so down-to-earth. She experienced being a fan and she treasures it that’s why in return, she treats her fans like her family. This is why you can’t blame us Dara-lovers for being so affectoniate to her.

Do you remember CL’s visit in Japan with stylist Seung Ho? Yup…she’s that cool chic and she is multi-talented. A DJ, writer, singer, designer etc….

Dara wore the sweater with a tribal print on her Family Outing guesting while Thunder wore a hoodie shirt version of it on Art of Seduction*?*. I’m not sure but I think it’s Adidas. If not then Jeremy Scott? Hahaha whatever they both look cute in it!

Video isn’t up yet on youtube and I haven’t watched it either 😦 According to some forums that I visited next weeks episode will be a more Dara-filled episode so it seems like tonight’s one is for UEE.

Feature: Want some Cass on the bus?
This entry is from a blog named Buhay sa Korea (Pinay, SAHM and married to a Korean). Sure it was dated October 16 but we never saw any photos of Cass ads being posted along the streets of Korea and we only knew about the mv and 30sec cfs. Thanks to blogger Betchay for posting this.

Since I take subway line 2 on my way to and from work, I always see the Cass CF of our favorite 2NE1 member: Sandara Park of course. I just like this girl’s clear skin, which us ordinary folks could only achieve with the best acne treatment. Another CF they always show is (UEE) Yoo E’s coolshot dance CF for “Cheo-eum Cho-rom Cool” (cheo eum chorom means “like the first time”) which is the more attention-grabbing version compared to the ones available online and on air.
Anyway, Sandara Park’s Cass ad with Lee Min Ho is everywhere. I see two versions of the bus ad (not really sure how many there are) and one of them is this one:
I thought that Sandara and Lee Min Ho should work together for a drama series. They look nice in their CF, don’t you think so?
