      Sorry, no, it is a very recent picture of Dara in Tagaytay, Phil. (Nov. 2014) taken about 2 days back. She has other pics you can see with the YG staff using the same outfit.

      I agree with your assumption; Dara looks like this was a pic from her pre-debut days. She looks like she hasn’t aged a bit! Vampire Dara!
