2NE1’s Sandara Park Chosen as Vampire Star that Doesn’t Age
Almost 29 and not looking it, 2NE1’s Sandara Park was chosen as the number one vampire star that doesn’t age.
From April 8 to April 28, makeup brand, Clio, held a poll on its website, asking netizens to choose the vampire star that doesn’t seem to age.
On the list were Sandara Park, Choi Kang Hee, Im Soo Jung, Soy, and Jang Nara, all who are known for their baby faces.
The results were revealed on April 29 with Sandara Park at number one with 51.6 percent of the votes. Choi Kang Hee was second with 22.2 percent, Im Soo Jung at 15.1, Jang Nara at 8.2, and Soy at 2.9 percent. A total of 1750 people participated in the poll.
Sandara Park also happens to be the current model for Clio.

Even though it was CLIO who did this survey kind of raises questions, but at the same time Dara has won the Vampire title on a different poll so this just proves more that she really is the number one Vampire star ^_^
On CLIO’s poll: Advertising and Promotion Strategists do this type of surveys to test the style used, its theme or concept, tag line, slogan, their endorser’s credibility, impact of message, etc. -a myriad of variables and reasons for their own use. After which they make corrections or changes before releasing it on a wider scale. They test usually it on their own target market. It’s not unlike what Oh Dara is doing here. Surveying the fans visiting the site about their preferences on banners. The result will help their decision later. But a fan/news writer, on a slow day, visited the site, liked it, and tweeted/wrote about it. The former made it to Twitter, the latter- the news. 🙂

LOL Even though I don’t contest the results, it’s weird when CLIO sponsored the poll in the first place.
