Recently, an online poll was created with the question “Which girl group member is the most likable and has the best facial proportions?” Girls’ Generation Seohyun emerged in first place with 51.9%. She received an overwhelming number of votes with 120 out of the total 231.
The head of Lux Plastic Surgery, Kang Minjun explained that “Seohyun’s forehead, nose, chin, cheeks and the rest of her face have natural and ideal facial proportions. This gives off a comfortable and likable image to the public eye.”
Girls’ Generation’s generally well-received image is also one of the reasons that they were chosen to be the models for acclaimed company, Intel. A representative further commented that an image of friendliness is important in order to lead a brand since it is one of the factors that will attract the attention of the public.
Meanwhile, 2NE1’s Sandara Park came in second with 45 votes, while f(x)’s Sulli came in third with 42 votes.

Dara is #2… Wow shock at least she got #2 after all the crazy hairstyles, clothes and make- up and yet still no. 2 in rank…. I’m proud of Dara…. She deserve to be in No. 1 but maybe YG don’t like her to be on a beauty ranking, actually on this season, they exert too much effort on how to make crazy style…. I can feel that the poll is actually a propaganda. Why mention the brand name Intel? If they’re talking about “image of friendliness”, Dara is no doubt the most friendly face in KPop. On the other hand, Seohyun’s face is blank and expressionless almost like UEE.

I don’t agree with the poll result. Dara deserves to be number 1 not because I like her but because that is the fact. The fact that she is gorgeous and her beauty is very captivating. I am so sorry but the number one in this poll is just ordinary looking face.
