Love 2NE1, regardless of what they wear. Whatever they’re clad in, they rock it. They’re fierce so it doesn’t matter what they wear! Plus, this is their signature look for Fire and what Korea was introduced to so it makes sense that they would wear this for their first big stage in Japan. And Dara is gorgeous in anything she wears. She can pull off anything. ^.^ ❤

I checked out the other red carpet photos and there were really crazy outfits. Yes, even crazier than 2NE1 but still the girls stood out for me. 😀 (Okay, I’m biased. ;D) I guess this look would make people recognize them easier since it’s their look during their debut days. Dara-unnie’s palm tree hairstyle is back! XD And that perm on her hair made the end look puffier. LOL! I’m terribly missing them. T_T 2NE1, please come back PRONTO! ;D

They were there to present the group and 2ne1 has their trademark style. It’ japan so it’s necessary for people to easily recognize who they are. Well i guess you only need dara’s palm tree hair to pull it off

i’m not liking their get up, i thought they’re going to wear something formal, jusy like their pretty outfits in mama and melon award! and D’s palm tree hair is back again! but she’s still looks fine, i like her shoes!^^

You’re not alone in that dear. The performance was really great as usual, but for the sake of honesty here, I’m not loving those red carpet photos at all. They’re all pretty alright but couldn’t they have dressed up with something else? I’m so honestly fed up with Dara’s hair now, I’m not amused by it anymore. But anyway, don’t hate on me too much people, I’m still a 2ne1 fan and I love Dara, so what the hell.
On the brighter side, I’m just really happy that girls actually got to perform on stage for VMAJ, that’s just awesome!
They look lovely but I’m not a fan of their clothes here. Well, maybe Minzy’s and Dara’s.
So good to see them on the red carpet again, even if it’s only to support their Big Bang seniors. XD
