Since this is a post only about Dara wishing Flowsik a Happy Birthday and him thanking her, let’s just try to keep our comments strictly about this interaction. Why bring any other guy’s (GD, Donghae, Jaedoong, etc.) name into this, when this post really has nothing to do with them? Furthermore, we have no real clue as to what’s going on in any of their personal lives so all these disillusions does not help anyone, especially Dara. Anyways, I think it was sweet of Dara to wish Flowisk a Happy Birthday and it was equally sweet of him to thank her.

You know what, I’m hoping that Donghae will not reply Dara. Because if they are real do you think that they will twit each other, given that they are in a different agency and Dara is not close with anyone outside their agency, except to the celebs that she’s been in a drama. You know Dara is very transparent, and Donghae is not…I’ve known Dara for many years, she’s so open to everybody.. Well, lets face it. At some point WE are getting obsessed with Dara. (me anyway :P) One single comment from the opposite sex towards her made us go giddy and made into such a big deal. Any guy who dared to tweet her must be ready to receive the consequences of “shippings” or “fanfictions” of Daralings. At the same time I can’t help it but feel torn, if the guys’ fans hate on Dara. I really like him for Dara. I love the fact that he has been vocal since day 1. Nothing says I seriously like you more than saying it in public.
This is one of the reasons why I can never root for someone who does not profess his love for Dara publicly. I know there are repercussions if you are an idol yourself. This may affect you popularity but still I believe that LOVE should never be hidden. Also, the fact that you are thinking about fame more than being with the girl you “love” says a lot about how “great” your love for her, which is probably not a lot since you give more importance to your fame and money.

I agree in the real world. but the Korean world is far different. if the person who loves her is a famous idol, his repercussions will be great…but for Dara, it will be devastating. my answer to this is to move to America, where people can love one another freely.

This is not a challenge my friend. It’s more of a reminder that LOVE should conquer all. Loving someone should never be hidden and one should not fear the consequences because as I have said it should conquer all. But if an idol who is famous and is afraid that his fame will vanish once he says that he is with someone he loves then that should be a sign for the girl (ex. Dara) to get out. Why would he think of his career more than her? This only mean that he gives more value to his fame and materialistic possessions over her. Also, moving to America is not the solution. It’s like we are tolerating these backwards thinking of fans. Be man enough to deal with the consequences. So what if you become dirt poor at least you are together.

I am greatful that you call me friend. Its always nice coming here to celebrate and support Dara’s daily journey with all of you. When I was young, I believed the same way you do. Like a Disney story where the prince and the princess live happily ever after. Now that I am old, I learned love is not that simple. but you give me hope…and together as friends we will continue to get excited and giddy and happy as we love support our baby girl.
