Dara randomly follows person she knows, not necessarily asking them to follow her back. I think Dara will not invite anyone to follow her if she is not close with that person. The people she invited to follow from the Phils are her closest friends. Of course she invited Thunder. If I remember correctly she has not invited anyone from YG family to follow her (Minzy maybe?, correct me if I’m wrong)
