Lets take a little trip down memory lane shall we?
I truly miss those times when 2NE1 first made their debut. I personally think that their debut songs are 2NE1’s best songs to date. I fully acknowledge that artists need to grow and need to constantly reinvent themselves while staying true to their music and I totally love how badass they have become. However, I miss those times when they were all just innocent rookies and having so much fun doing what they do. They have come so far and once in a while, its nice to look back.

HARMONIZATION. LAWD I’VE BEEN PRAYING TO UNICORNS FOR THAT FOR AGES. I was really hoping they could do that in one of their Lonely sessions because I thought it was the perfect opportunity. They used to do it during In the Club perfs,i dunno what happened.
Imho, I think they’ve been kinda predictable with their beats. Although I dont hate IATB, I’m disappointed about the recycling Teddy did. I guess it was intentional on his part for incorporating all of their previous music together, but he’s done it quite a load of times.

I really wish 2NE1 would do songs like these. I love the pussy-poppin jams, and being overly flashy can be entertaining sometimes, but I really want them to have a soulful or sassy R&B song and harmonize. Their voices sound so good blended together, and this way they don’t need autotune and background tracks!
I especially love their cover of the first song. It’s 2NE1 at their most natural state.
