2NE1 became the undisputed leader in the Korean music industry because they brought music to the next level. From the 1st day that they debuted on TV a year ago (May 2009), I guess their the first rookie group that became hot and successful right away while gaining international attention. With the right package from YG, this girl group brought hip-hop music with their own unique style. While all the other K-girl group are into Pop music w/ cutesy/sexy (wearing short shorts) style, 2NE1 proved that you can be hip-hop, girly & sexy at the same time w/o showing your flesh.
Their unique talent & individuality is what makes them stand-out from all the other girl group. With their comeback stage and bringing 3 hit songs all at once in the top charts (breaking the trend) is the 1st in Korean Music industry. Their unique style of music and their strong presence on stage with their hot & fierce-looking aura is what makes their followers & non-followers hooked up with 2NE1. They don’t compete nor rival with anybody but themselves, everytime they perform on stage they need to surpass the great live performances that they did previously w/c makes them go up to the next level. 2NE1 fighting!!! ^_^
