There was a fan account on Soompi stating that there was a lucky draw to be able to have your album autograph. Those few people you see are the lucky ones. If you watch other fancams you will see that Dara and Bom are actually the ones who had more people wanting to have their copies signed. The fanboy is cute I think. ๐
