I am in Seoul right now and I just had an adventure earlier. My cousin gave me a ticket to watch Flo Rida’s Concert featuring GD in Yonsei University. Pero unfortunately since our tour group went to Everland (I hate Everland) we arrived in our hotel in Seoul at around 8:30PM. The concert started at around 7:00PM. But since I really wanted to go and I was hoping I could see at least something… I went… But when I got there they were packing up. Yonsei University is like 40 minutes by cab from my hotel. So far away. 
I decided to take a picture of the University sign and the University Guide for remembrance purposes. LOL!”
“I was really sad that I wasn’t able to see GD perform. Actually, me and my mom got into a fight and I cried in the bus. I mean seriously!!! That was one h*ll of an opportunity but oh well. I can’t do anything about it.
Since the concert already ended, I decided to take a walk outside the university because I saw lots of shops. And low and behold… DARA IS EVERYWHERE!!!
First I saw a Baskin and Robbins store. I went inside to buy something because I thought I could see 2ne1 there. But they weren’t the ones endorsing in that specific store.”
“After eating really really yummy ice cream I decided to go around the place. I saw a Samsung store and once again I see Dara everywhere! As in Dara, Dara, Dara, Dara! Here are some shots I took. “
“Etude is really really really popular in Korea. While walking around the area I saw 3 Etude Stores and once again… SI DARA ANG BIDA!!! Her face is huge in Etude!

On the way home, I decided to be a daredevil and I decided to take the subway. Seoul’s subway is really complicated. More complicated than HK. I got lost. But its ok. Lots of BeanPole ads in the subway.”
“Since I got lost, I transferred from one train to another. And in 3 of those trains I saw solo 11st ads of Dara. They are big posters inside the trains.”
“I also saw one ad for 11st of all the 2ne1 girls BUT the ad wasn’t as big as Dara’s ad. To be honest, in all the trains that I got on, Dara was the only one with solo ads.”

“Tomorrow I am going to YG building! The weather is terrible here in Seoul. Its raining. So I got really wet but I didn’t mind. Plus the language barrier is terrible. There are a lot of young teenagers who can speak English but not so well and the taxi drivers BARELY AS IN BARELY know how to speak in English. We couldn’t understand each other at all.
Weee! That’s all Applers! I will update with more once I find a BeanPole store, a FILA store and a BSX store.
One thing is for sure… DARA IS EVERYWHERE! HER ADS ARE EVERYWHERE! SHE’S LIKE A POSTER GIRL FOR ETUDE AND SAMSUNG! She’s really famous!
And oh yeah.. I thought I was the only person taking pictures of Dara ads. I didn’t mind the others and I didn’t get shy because I’m a foreigner anyway… BUT, I SAW A COUPLE OF KOREANS TAKING PICTURES OF DARA ADS TOO!! There was this one girl who took solo pics of Dara’s ad for beanpole and this other guy taking pics of her solo ad for 11st and a couple of guys talking about Dara outside the Samsung store. I couldn’t understand them but they were pointing at Dara’s picture and they mentioned her name! ”

wooohhh!!!is that true?how I wish I can come too…but I already have three kids , so I think that’s too imposible for now…sigh!!!anyway I save a lot so that I can bring all of my kids there in korea..like a family travel experience….I envy rice a lot….anyway thanks for updating us…..this really makes my day…

Wow! Thank you for the FA. I actually read another blogger…Buhay sa Korea (Can’t be sure). She’s a Flip married to a Korean who is living in Seoul and she was blogging about the same thing on how 2NE1 especially Dara being everywhere! I don’t doubt it at all, wasn’t she chosen ACE by an enterainment TV channel? I think her full marketing potential is yet to be explored. All she needs is a high rating Korean drama…and there she goes! It’s not really difficult to market her…coz she’s really different from the other female celebrities because she’s not only pretty, she got spunk, too.

hello, i know almost of you are young, i think im the oldest fan of dara here, it might all of u be my sons or daughters age kekeke… im an avid fun of Dara now.. now coz before i dont have time to watch tv and so on becoz of my work… i just know the name of sandara park and the SCQ group, know the story of her life, etc… BUT Today i almost 24/7 and thank god, i found this site…i want new/fresh news about her and the group… AND yes her life story inspires me a lot now, so im very proud of this lady…Mommy Kim r very proud of her kids now…
Dara is spellbinding to say the least mommy kim. See, she put you on trance for 24/7 just to check her out. Others got addicted instantly after snorting her charm, sort like a Dara-phethamine. Young and old got hooked. This is not uncommon. I’ve seen this phenomena many times. The age range of those who view Sandara videos in YT included those in their 40’s. Her charms do works like magic and you are witness to that
