but wait isn’t corn a healthy food? since it’s rich in fiber? and fiber helps remove toxins in our body? other than that, corn is also rich in folate which reduces the risk of colon cancer and heart attack, and beta-cryptoxanthin which reduces the risk of developing lung cancer?
