2PM’s Nichkhun is not appearing on We Got Married

There were rumors today that 2PM’s Nichkhun might be appearing on popular variety MBC We Got Married! But that has been quickly denied by JYP Entertainment and the We Got Married production team.

Team leader Lee Joo Sup, who is in charge of 2PM management activities, revealed that Nichkhun did indeed receive an offer to appear on the show. But they did not follow through with the offer and there are no plans for him to appear on the show.

There were also rumors that Nichkhun will be on the show as a couple with 2NE1’s Sandara Park or T-ara’s Eunjung but it was later revealed that both female idols decided not to take up on the offer.

Rumor # 2: Sandara Park and Lee Seung Gi for My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox

There has been consistent rumors about the drama ‘My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox’ written by Han Sister (writers of Your Beautiful) that will star Lee Seung-Gi and Sandara Park (not confirmed) at Korean fancafes etc. and  DCinside.

The Hong sisters are moving on from You’re Beautiful

Although there are a lot of requests for YAB season 2, the Hog sisters said “It is hard to have season 2 in place since you need the old cast, director, a production company and a broadcaster to commit. These things are not easily done”.

According to the Hong sisters “We are escaping from You’re Beautiful world to another world like Shin Hye. If we dwell into the YAB vibe for too long, it is hard to concentrate on our work. It is not that we are trying hard to forget, but we are preparing ourselves to create a more exciting world”.

The Hong sisters also mentioned about their next project. It tookthem 1.5 years from Hong Gil Dong to YAB. At the moment, they are working on the script titled “My girlfriend is a nine-tailed fox“. They have finished the outline of the script and characters’ relationship. The drama is scheduled to premiere in summer 2010.
