2NE1 performed “UGLY” at the Best Hits Festival in Japan. Dara looks so lovely! ^_^ I truly love her hair like this and her styling is very beautiful! ^_^ Her bridge is just too die for coupled with her perfect emotions. All the girls look amazing and they performed really well!
