Got this translation from youtube c/o bunnyz92 Hope it help you guys understand the video as much as it helped me.
In the beginning, PTH was saying that he went to a Big Bang concert…he was shy saying her name so I think he was saying another word that sounds like Dara’s name…Then he said during the Asian Games he was watching 2ne1′s shows, then one of the host said are you watching it because of 2ne1 or are u watching it because of Dara lol…then Dara introduced herself..i think she said something about her coming to the show frequently that’s y they laughed…
1:37 he started talking about goin to the yg concert..they saw each other for like 3 seconds, but he said it felt like three years to him..lol..then she said she had her hair long then, but now it’s shorter the host asked him about her hair if he likes it? then he said it doesn’t matter to him…im not sure wut they said next..

On the KBS-2TV talk show “Win Win” Tuesday, swimmer Park Tae-hwan actively wooed girl group 2NE1′s Sandara Park. He has said that she is his ideal type.
Park said, “I like women older than me who can watch a movie and eat with me and solve problems for me. When I have a hard time, I feel more comfortable with older girls.” He then chose Sandara Park as the closest to his ideal type among celebrities.
Then Sandara suddently came out on stage as his “secret guest” and Park was overjoyed. He said, “I once saw her before when I was invited to a YG concert.” She also said, “I think I saw you in like three seconds.”
Park was not shy about calling the encounter very intense. Sandara was asked if she knew Park was her fan. She said, “[Gwon] Ji-yong [from the boy band Big Bang] told me that ‘Tae-hwan’ likes me and I thought, ‘Who’s Tae-hwan? It can’t be the swimmer Park.’” She said she felt awkward so she didn’t ask more about it but she was of course pleased but also surprised.
She explained, “2NE1 is not popular among men, that’s why.” Park protested, “That’s not ture. 2NE1 is very popular.”
MC Kim Seung-wu said Park looks awkward but says everything he has to say. Park agreed, “That’s my style. I say everything I need to to people I like.”
He offered swimming lessons, with the provision of all supplies necessary, to Sandara.
She then praised his performance at events but turned coy like a bashful girl when the MCs asked how he appears different as a swimmer and as a man sitting in front of her right that moment.
Finally, Sandara gave him a swimming cap she had adorned herself and Park put it on immediately with no qualms about ruining his hairstyle.

It was strange in the beginning – Dara initially sat on the left side then focus went to her face and she was then seated on the right side. Dara seemed so reserved here unlike when she is with the girls. Want subs – don`t understand.
I think, just based on these clips of him on the show that Park Tae Hwan seems like a nice, down to earth guy with a good personality who will treat Dara right if he is ever lucky enough to get the chance. I enjoyed watching these clips of them and I really hope someone will be kind enough to sub so that I can have a full understanding of what’s been said. Dara seemed more comfortable on this show and the hosts and of course Mr. Park aka fanboy all seemed quite taken with her and her bright personality.
