and it’s a good thing that she does exercise, and no! exercising is not just meant for people who wanna loose weight, LOL!
everyone needs to, to keep you healthy and with Dara’s, I’m sure the trainer knows what he is doing and what is the right program, for her as well, it makes me laugh when i see some of their comments, LOL!
it’s probably because they don’t know that Dara actually eats a lot, they are assuming those things~ LOL! 😀

in all honesty, sometimes i assume she eats alot more in front of cameras. for me, she is skinny, and there is no problem with exercising. Just that she must take extra effort eating more after that because of her high metabolism.

There was this survey that was held recently and DARA ranked on the TOP 5. I think they voted about Idols who look skinny and Onew (Shinee) topped that survey. There is already an article on Onew and he explained that although he eats a lot (2 to 3 lunch box servings per meal) but because they practice a lot and his metabolism is fast that is why he is still skinny. I think it’s in AllKPop.

same here, i dont find her scary skinny too. coz i knew she is naturally thin.lol seriously what dara needs to focus is muscle toning and endurance training. with her body type and metabolism, it is hard to tone her muscles. ideally a group of muscle will be toned after 6mos of constant resistive exercises. *im not sure though. so as i see dara, she gains weight and then lose weight the next and vice versa. i just dont like some comments from other sites that she is so thin yet working out so hard…. for sure mr.hwangssabu is expert in fitness and health so chillax guys. and i believe dara’s muscle strength grade is 5/5 and i want that grade.hehe…

but yeah what taeyang said thats still she doesnt have the body she is still pretty to whatever she does.
dara may not always be one hundred percent comfortable in her skin, but i don’t think there are body issues. thank goodness. 🙂
i dont think she has body issues but her body appearance,she look normal but skinnny what i mean by that is her body look healthy but she is skinny.
not able to show a great body shape doesnt mean there’s body issues.
