Sandara Park has suddenly transformed into a dancer for Taeyang.
Sandara Park had been filming Taeyang’s music video for his first title song ‘I Need A Girl’ from the July 5th to the wee hours of the morning on 6th.
Sandara Park and Taeyang had already filmed the video for ‘I Need A Girl’ at the end of last month. The fan response for the limited edition album released on the first of this month was so great that to commemorate the release of the regular edition, they are filming a new music video.
YG Entertainment representatives have revealed to MoneyToday’s StarNews, (T/N: Korean news website) “During the first music video for ‘I Need A Girl,’ Sandara Park acted as Taeyang’s girlfriend but this time, she will be a dancer instead, showing off a cool dance with him.”
“Taeyang didn’t dance in the last video, so this time he will present a dynamic and sensitive dance with Sandara Park,” he added.
Taeyang’s limited edition version of his album sold out on the first day. On the 9th, Taeyang’s regular edition album will be released.

I’ve been a silent reader of this thread for the past month already, and this is my first time to post, but I already posted at other thread of TY, I only want to express to them to be sensitive to the feelings of other fans, but they answered me, that they just criticize because its TY’s MV and Dara is part of this and also they are free to express their own opinion. So I respect them for that… So I ask some Dara fans to avoid that thread to stop the arguments and not be hurt.
This is what I like ohDara … You guys did a good job, even if they hurt your feelings but your still believing, admiring and promoting TY album rather than posting of some criticism that made others get hurts. and I think you will help taeyang for that… I’m just sad with the news that TY’s album did not top in kcharts… but still hoping for the best and I know taeyang will be on top in kcharts, from the help of his true fans and also with the help of dara and gd fans…

I can’t believe a self proclaimed TY fan would actually say something negative about TY music/mv/etc. The reason is that an outsider like me would be discourage to listen to TY’s music let alone buy it. Third, TY fans don’t understand that If Dara is not featured in the MV of if she didn’t update her me2day’s with TY’s song/album/info, I(we) wouldn’t even pay attention to his album/song. Also, what BB/2NE1 fans who are not Dara fans don’t know is that I(we) wouldn’t even check them groups out if Dara was not there. They don’t seem to realize that Dara’s fanbase is worldwide.

The ‘others’ don’t seem to get it, that:
1. It was Young bae who asked Dara to feature in his MV.
2. Dara in the MV means mileage of free publicity. Publcity means awareness. Awareness means sales! This is not saying that Bae can’t generate that awareness on his own but then he will only be limiting himself to his captured market (BBYB female fans).
3. 30% of Blackjacks are males. A prospect market that research found to be most interested in Youngbae’s genre but are not synergized into his potential sales because of lack of awareness.
4.Thus it is an advantage, in a marketing point of view, to have Dara on that MV!
It’s not unlike saying that YGE had not thought this decision out before choosing Dara to feature in the MV. She was already able to deliver what was expected of her participation (hype and publicity wise). The artisitc merit found wanting in the MV is not her responsibility but the director’s. It is, after all, his medium.

I made a mistake and visited and read all of the comments on taeyang`s site and ended hurt and in tears… ๐ฆ I can`t believe that the main contributors of that site are the ones is leading the complaints against Dara – of course the rest follow suit unabashedly but they say they are not dissing on her but just are critically judging her abilities. The way I see it is that they are belittling her and insulting her. All of these hate she gets just because she was nice enough to help a friend !!!

as for both fandoms, there is really quite a difference with his fans to us since they are quite picky in who Taeyang partners with. they were quite against the “My Girl” girl. while we, we love everyone she works with. ๐ but yeah, respect for everyone’s posts. it hurts but it’s another thing to question their support for YB. im not sure if theyre aware how good YB, GD and Dara’s friendship is. had they known, im sure theyll be more careful with their words.

So I was just surfing through the net when out of nowhere I get this gut feeling that I needed to check out ohdara and that something big is gonna happen. I swear, in the back of my mind, I was thinking, INAG MV…..then when I got here VOILA!

Okay peeps I know there has been much negativity about this mostly coming from some of YB’s fangirls. I do understand where they are coming from cause they believed that no one is good enough for their Dear YongBae even if it’s Dara. I think that whoever that person being paired with YB they will still find fault in that person. However, just because I understand their action that doesn’t mean that they are right though. So in this case it is better that we should ignore all these negativities cause truthfully nothing positive will come out if we keep on contradicting their beliefs. Just want to commend Taeyang for still choosing Dara to be his partner, he could have chose another girl if he wanted (demanding crazy obssessive fangirls you hear me) but he didn’t because he wants his Dara…Noona to star in the MV with him. Gawd, hope they don’t dwell on this…Gee, Dara barely had time to rest from her flight much less to practice before she was dragged to the filming! I would altogether hope that Shaun changed the choreography so that comparisons won’t be made!
