We rarely post speculations here but given the amount of anxiety and anticipation building up amongst us, fans, from the waiting (and quite endless, may I add) for 2NE1’s comeback and for Dara’s possible (still a rumor) solo projects (drama,etc.), we’ve taken the liberty to try to “analyze” (for lack of a better term) what Dara posted in her me2day a few minutes ago. 😀

Dara posted a link to the YGfamily website in her me2day.  A black screen appears when you click on the link instead of the usual homepage (as seen in Dara’s me2day) and if you click the Korean characters written across the screen, it’ll lead you to this me2day link–> 030201

As of the moment, we have no idea what the translation for the hangul text is. (EDIT: According to an AllKPop article, it says “Let’s go crazy”… thanks to Lollipopgee for the tip) But, it’s quite interesting to note that via google trans, we got this:

It says… 19. 10 AM. In addition to that, the tagline of the me2day owner is “Let’s do this crazy.”

Could it be that something’s happening on the 19th of April, which is on Monday, at around 10AM? 😀 We can only speculate and wait. But our delusional minds and hearts really hope so.

04/17/10 UPDATE:

News articles from Korean news portals and international sites all point to the YGFam site teaser as Gummy’s (her name is said to be incorporated in the middle of the hangul text). Nevertheless, it was fun speculating 😀 And as goodluckshirt said,  “ANY YG Family releases and lovin’ is good news.” 🙂 I totally agree. 🙂

Also, rumor has it that 2NE1’s currently in the US. A few days ago, awesome designer Jeremy Scott updated his twitter with this:

He has called 2NE1 girls as his baby girls before so it’s possible that he was also talking about 2NE1 in this tweet… which led to some speculations that he’s probably going back to Korea OR 2NE1 might be visiting him in the US.

Yesterday (more or less 5 days after JS’ tweet) a fan photo of 2NE1 in the airport circulated in the net. But since Bom’s and Minzy’s outfit in said pic look almost the same as the ones they wore in another 2NE1 pic in the airport (posted in Dara’s Me2day) when they went to Japan a few months ago, almost everyone thought that it’s just probably an old fan photo. See pic below:

But today, rumor has it that 2NE1’s in the US and that above photo may be quite recent. (Disclaimer: said rumor has been circulating around different fora and sites; no official confirmation from YGE has been made)

Hwang SSabu, 2NE1’s trainer, also updated his me2day with this, saying that it’s a lonely gym today, Friday… he seems to be missing the girls… further strengthening the possibility that hmmmm… they’re really probably in the US. 🙂

It’s fun to speculate! But we’re missing 2NE1 and Dara more because of these speculations and rumors.
