Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, the now Tokyo-based Bajowoo is the designer behind the label 99%is. Lady Gaga, Big Bang, Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, etc. are huge fans of his studded, punk-rock pieces, which range from customized Vans to biker jackets.
