The owner of twitter account @roclee13 has been the subject of speculation for a while now. Many have been assuming that she was 2NE1’s CL because she created her twitter account around the same time as Dara and she only follows Dara. Finally after days of silence, @roclee13 finally spoke up and said that she wasn’t 2NE1’s CL. This proclamation was followed by Dara’s tweet.
