people… when it comes to award season… don’t expect too much… cause if you’ll notice almost every idol group that attended won something.. i’m also disappointed with the result…
but i’m more concerned that the 2011 MAMA are telling publicly that they want to surpass the american grammy awards… i think they should focus intently on their credibility first before thinking of competing with the Grammys… (sourec: allkpop article posth)

have been watching CL & 2ne1’s performance soooo many times I’ve almost memorized each camera movement..LOL! Am so proud of them!
.Had goosebumps when CL came out with the BEP, such charisma! awww! truly deserving of being the leader chaerin!
.Amazed at how much the crowd loved both performance, even if the music was turned to what seems like the max volume you can still hear the audience. (thanks to all singaporean blackjacks!)

this sucks big time…well, can’t do anything but sigh and pray that hopefully they will be fair and just in the coming years…and the show is so-so…most of the korean performers /groups are dull to watch and all over the place ,except ,of course, 2NE1. The girls were totally awesome! need I say more? No wonder that big names in the international music scene recognizes their talent and musicality. Anyhoo, we all know who the big winner is 🙂 ❤ ❤ ❤ 2NE1
2011 is CLEARLY 2NE1’s year! They should’ve won Album of the Year (BEST/QUALITY songs in ONE ALBUM), Artist of the Year (for being CONSISTENT in popularizing GOOD SONGS and being recognized INTERNATIONALLY) and Best Female Group (Their live performance in MAMA says it all). MAMA is so obvious! They evenly distributed the “major” awards to 2NE1, SNSD and SuJu to make both YGE and (most especially) SME “happy”. I’m feeling sad because we know that YG is going to debut new idol groups next year meaning 2NE1 will be less active. I wish awards show will be fair to give them the recognition they DESERVE.

My two cents here, Why is it in the first place should MAMA EVENLY distributed the award, shouldn’t they give it to the ARTIST who REALLY as in REALLY DESERVE the AWARD, hell this artist freaking deserve it and they work hard to be recognized who those ARTIST are, they should distribute it to the ARTIST who REALLY DESERVE it, not because they want it to be FAIR and make everyone HAPPY… And I thought this MAMA is one of the “THE” prestigious AWARD show in KOREA, hell if this how it is every year… Then MAMA is worth watching for because of 2NE1 and BIG BANG or any YG artists, becuase they are the only artist who really rock the shows and not make it BORING, I mean IT, no biases!!!!

I don’t know about you guys but I think this is the best MAMA awards event…the distribution of awards is just right…eventhough 2ne1 didn’t bag all the awards I’m still so happy ^.^ I think they’re the first in MAMA history to win 2 song of the year? Every group nominated for every category deserve to win cause all of them gave their all into their songs & performances not just our girls…let’s just be happy ^.^ The performance especially the effects for lonely was beautiful!! it’s not as intense as their past MAMA performances but it’s still breathtaking ^.^ their vocals here was wow!! kudos to Bommie…is she even sick? just wow!! Mingkki so powerful & Chaerin-ah!! I want to tear up when she did that collab with Bep…darn so proud to be a BJ but Dara Dara my ever lovely Dara still won me over!! so so proud of her!! ^.^

that was a great performance, and we have to note guys, YG Family not only promote and empasize their artist but ALso the AWEsome Dance crew they have. they also give them a spotlight.. and it’s okay i know we want they deserve the other awards too but lets just keep it cool..cool like 2ne1 we are cool.. they are recognize artist by international artist, and by god, CL rocks the stage with the black eyed peas. who got to rap side by side with will.i.am and aplle d ape? who get the love of dr. dre and snoop dog? only 2ne1…so yeah lets be cool..they deserve the artist of the but yeah.
Congrats to our GURLS!!! They deserve it and more actually!!! Love their PERFORMANCES, they never seize to amaze, but there perf last year was more EPIC, but still great out of all the artists perform this year..

I have nothing against SNSD, and no offense to them, I just don’t know why and see why they’ve won artist of the year, heck SUJU deserve it more than them… And even more, if it’s 2NE1 or Big Bang, 2NE1’s song got all PK’s in all Korean CHarts, they have won MTV Iggy, I just don’t see why..Big Bangs achieved hella a lot this year no doubt about that EMA anyone..
MAMA is crap, and it so obvious that all the artist that attend their have to won some award one or the other… Last Years MAMA was EPIC and DAEBAK than this year…

The girls could have done better..
A bit of a letdown since the performance was the same old choreography and even styling. I enjoyed SM artists remixes and performances better. They need new performance ideas and new clothes. That box thing was too dark and they had to wear black on top of that.
