Sung Si Kyung‘s a K-pop Ballad singer since 2000 and he just recently finished his military service. He released a song this year (around the same time as 2NE1) and guested  in the same SBS Chocolate episode where 2NE1 also appeared. 🙂

An article was posted in ALLKPOP a few days ago in relation to the video above. Here’s an excerpt from the ALLKPOP article:

geekgirl also posted this comment about the same vid here in ohdara: He [Sung Si Kyung] was saying “Annyeonghasaeyo” and was answered “Keuraeyo” (Yes). By Dara, I assume? I’m not sure what he said, but the caption on the screen when Dara’s pic was shown was “True Love ♥” (참 좋아해요♥). [thank you, geekgirl <3]
